Being dubbed as one of the most successful young entrepreneurs, Mr Solehuddin Bin Hj Shamsuddin, started his career from ground level and gone leaps and bounds prior establishing YBS Holdings Sdn Bhd. He played varied roles in his earlier journey of his career. With a background in Business Management from MARA Technology University, he is determined and captured his first win in his career leading a successful network marketing with more than 2,000 flourished agents under his command. During his 19s, he did many other ventures such as telco business, automotive industry, insurance and many more sales-oriented industry. He also involved in retail business and selling healthcare products at the same time.

After many ups and downs, Mr Solehuddin started to accumulate more capital for new ventures. At the age of 21, Mr Solehuddin hit his millionaire status and widely known as one of the most successful young entrepreneurs at that time. He was then, during late 2014, acquired one of the businesses at Cameron Highland, Abang Strawberry which later became the most successful F&B brand in Cameron Highland under his wisdom and management. The business is classified under Agro business within the group and had expanded into chain of other compliment businesses. The businesses include Abang Mart – a retail goods trading business, a hospitality business under the name of Aiza Homestay and strawberry farm management – freshly produced strawberry categorized as agro tourism business. These establishments had further boosted the name Abang Strawberry as a must visit place in Cameron Highland and featured in many reputable travel blog and television. He started to venture into many other physical businesses. His first involvement in F&B, he opened a famous kopitiam outlet in Shah Alam and almost at the same time setting up a laundry business - Basoh. The holdings company was then established – YBS Holdings Sdn Bhd, to centralize the management of his subsidiaries.

During 2015, the first jewellery outlet under YBS Holdings Sdn Bhd was opened under Gull Jewellery brand name. The business grew rapidly with two other successful branches opened namely Gull Jewellery Shah Alam and latest Siti Jewels, Cheras in 2020. The effort continues, he also went into fashion industry by establishing Babra – a luxury goods clothing and accessories business. The business rose from a small corner in HQ to a proper brick and mortar store at Wangsa Maju with many collections to choose from. The determination in creating new businesses does not stop there, Mr Solehuddin was then ventured in healthcare industry and established a franchise spa outlet in Shah Alam. After a year in operations, the spa went stand alone and rebranded to a new name – KLEO – Laser, Lash & Hair. The spa is also expanding its offerings with an objective to provide a head-to-toe treatment solution. His decorated story continues as he is still embarking in the entrepreneurial segment where he is planning to have established at least one business every year. YBS also present in global market with the establishment of YBS Education Pt. Ltd. In Singapore and El Najahi in Dubai in 2021.

In 2022, Mr Solehuddin strengthened his position in Malaysian jewellery market and opened the latest jewellery outlet under De Aurora brand name which is already a second outlet of the same brand where he first acquired in 2018. To further improve the Agro business in Cameron Highland, YBS Holdings Sdn Bhd, is also planning to set up the first Wagyu experience in Cameron Highland estimated to be in operation early 2023.

An accomplished finance, strategy and transformation senior executive, Mr Rinzal Yusof has been working in the industry since 2010. He has past working experience in high profile organizations, such as Petroliam Nasional Berhad, Bank Negara Malaysia, AmInvestment Management Sdn Bhd, Aberdeen Asset Management Plc in London, Securities Commission Malaysia, Sapura Group, Iskandar Investment Berhad and Sime Darby Property Berhad, primarily within corporate finance and strategic planning space. In September 2020, he joined a conglomerate state-owned agency to lead the transformational agenda under Real Estate & Infrastructure Division with ultimate goal is to take the companies for listing within 5 years.

His area of expertise includes financial modelling, capital market, risk management, private and public equity markets, statistics and data analysis, product development, valuations, corporate planning, business planning and Islamic finance. The work ethic that is of value to him entails being committed, meticulous, resourceful, and as well as being able to work independently under a tight working schedule.

Mr Rinzal Yusof graduated from the Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia with a first-class honors degree in Finance, achieving the highest overall score of his program. He holds a MSc in Finance and Investment from Durham University, United Kingdom. He is currently enrolling on CFA Program and has passed CFA Level 1 in December 2014.

Equipped with 7 years of experience in retail jewellery business, she’s one of the key individuals during the development of the brand and plays a crucial role in developing internal business processes. She acquired her Diploma in Information Technology from Kolej Universiti Islam Selangor (KUIS). After graduation, she gained her first experience in industry as admin clerk at KG Dynamic Sdn Bhd located in Sunway. She responsible in many administrative tasks to help the company managing their day-to-day operations.

A dedicated and passionate personnel with strong interest in business management, she was then appointed as Head of Human Resource at YBS Holdings Sdn Bhd in 2014 to overlook human resource matters within the group. As one of the directors in YBS Group of Companies, her passion and experience in business is vast.

In year 2016, she was given a new responsibility to spearhead retail jewellery business under YBS Retail Trading Sdn Bhd. Under her management, the business grew from small team to more than 30 employees under her command. The business also had a significant improvement under her management where the second outlet of the jewellery business was then opened in 2018 at Shah Alam.

In 2019, at the same time, she helped to manage another business venture by YBS Holdings Sdn Bhd under healthcare industry – a spa outlet in Seksyen 7, Shah Alam.

During a strategic move in 2020, she is one of the key personnel involved in the establishment of e new jewellery brand – Siti Jewels where the first outlet is opened at Cheras.

After a year, she was then promoted and transferred to the HQ, as Head of Internal Audit for the group and later on being reassigned to Head of Business Development & Family Office aligned with the added responsibilities group wise.
